    Sea water for göse

Likewise, just looking for input on it. Maybe someone else has had luck with it, that's all.

    Sea water for göse

Good thing I live close to the water, but yes, I know about the sea salt. My homebrew team is interested in using actual salt water. It's a really competitive homebrew competition we're in.

    Sea water for göse

I'm wondering if anyone has ever used sea water in place of adding salt to the boil for a göse homebrew. Thanks for the help!

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

What's the average ABV for this style? I'm brewing one with some co-workers, and we're looking for something easy drinking for the summer. I've seen it clock in around 7%, shooting for 5.5% or 6%. Cheers.

    Graff

Thanks for the insight. Working on a group homebrew with a style that's very new to me. This just reenforces what I have been telling them all along. Cheers.

    Graff and champagne yeast

Hello all, I'm looking for input on using champagne yeast in a Graff. I feel like I might be better off fermenting the apple juice with the champagne yeast and then after fermentation blend it with the tentatively planned pale ale in secondary. Thank you. *Cross posted*
