    Sausage, caramelized onions, arugula, and fresh mozzarella. I hand toss the dough and cook in a 500 degree oven on convection bake setting.

    If it’s cold enough outside, but not freezing, picnic taps are easy and cheap. Put each keg in a 5 gallon bucket with ice/water if it needs to be colder. For a more year round solution, a jockey box is the way to go.

    Why not a 5 gallon paint strainer bag? I have a rack and cheese press that i use a sheer window curtain cut into squares to make the cheeses.
