    Usually it is three 32oz lemon. The last one I did I used two 32 oz lemon and one 32 oz home made cherry pie juice. Back sweeten with 5 cup of sugar. Taste great.     Bottled a skeeter pee yesterday and when I was cleaning up my stuff I found a very small colony of little specks of mold in my siphon hose. Well I tossed the hose but wonder what I should do with the wine.

    Gravity ?

    Spent I ended up with 19 lbs of cherries. I used 8 1/2 lbs of sugar and 4 and 1/4 gallons of water. This made 5 1/2 gallons of liquid ans the smashed cherries take the total volume to 7 gallons. What do you calculate my gravity to be? Thanks

    Quick Lager Method *UPDATED*
