I just bottled my brew today and before i bottled I boiled water and disolved the priming sugar. but everything ive been reading says to boil the water with the priming sugar in it. Did I screw this up or will it be ok? thanks
I brewed a pretty simple blonde ale last sunday. the hydrometer originally read 1.050 and today is reading 1.008. yesterday it went from 1.010 - 1.009 the airlock is bubbling every 40 seconds or so. so I was just wondering if it would be safe to bottle this afternoon. thanks for any help.
