So I overshot my mash temp by 6 degrees and myash was in the upper 150s. What can I expect this to do to the taste and mouthfeel of my beer. I'm brewing stout today.
No particular reason, I use a lot of s04 but have never used nottingham. I was thinking about using some just to try. BUT I really like my ESB with s04
I made something similar to this. I split it into 2 batches, one with S04 and US05. I like S04 much better than US05. I bitterd with chinook and flavored with fuggles. The S04 was creamier tasting than 05. Based on what you have I'd bitter with a half oz of magnum and flavor with 1ozof...
