    I think if it ends up too sweet, I'll brew a couple quarts of strong coffee and make a coffee stout.

    So I overshot my mash temp by 6 degrees and myash was in the upper 150s. What can I expect this to do to the taste and mouthfeel of my beer. I'm brewing stout today.

    I made something similar to this. I split it into 2 batches, one with S04 and US05. I like S04 much better than US05. I bitterd with chinook and flavored with fuggles. The S04 was creamier tasting than 05. Based on what you have I'd bitter with a half oz of magnum and flavor with 1ozof...

    Well, that depends. All hops will have some degredation over time, but you should be safe for about a year.

    I dissolved the cocoa powder and lactose in a couple quarts of water and added it at the end of my boil.

    No but it'll be close. I modified the dark chocolate stout recipe in the recipe section to fit some ingredients I had on hand. If it turns out good I'll post the recipe :)

    With that much Cascade it is going to have some SERIOUS grapefruit flavor. You may consider using something like 1oz fuggles or willamet and 1 oz cascade for your additions instead of all cascade to give it some complexity and dry hop it with 1oz of Cascade for that citrusy nose.
