I just brewed this in extract form. It looks and smells amazing!! I have a couple questions how long should i ferment in carboy? should i secondary rack it? & what is the best fo fermenting temp to get this at?
Thank ya ll for your insight. The carboy was freshly cleaned. And yes we were drinkin alot!! Might need to slow it down till beers finished. Ill hope for the best and let ya ll know in 2 weeks when I bottle or in 5 weeks if its smells good.
Cleaned and forgot to sanatize carboy. Brew went in carboy last night. Any suggestions? Should I pour into new carboy or cross my fingers? Any advise will help. Thxs
Does anyone have this beer from bewery? Im on west coast, wa and I cant find. Can I order? Im willing to pay for beer as well as shipping cost. Id like to brew this bad but hard to make that call never tasting the origanal. Thxs
