it says 2001. so far ive unplugged the unit and let it sit to defrost any ice build up. however, when i removed the cover to the housing for the motor i didnt see any coils to dust off. is there anything i can do for a leaky/weak compressor valve?? i would hate to have to scrap this keezer!

not sure, ive never had this kind of issue. its a large 4ft chest freezer. im really just wondering if this is someting that can be repaired or not, or if anyone else has run into this issue.

it doesnt seem to be getting colder. i noticed the motor has been running all day. Maybe the coils have frozen up???? should i unplug the unit and let it sit over night and try again in the morning? Will my beer be ok???

Ok, i just checked my freezer setting and it was on low so ive turned it to full power and placed the probe in a glass of water. i already have the fan so we'll see if this works.

I keep having sticking problems with the taps i bought awhile back. I've cleaned em up a several times but it seems to work its way back up to stuck within a few days. I definetly got what i paid for. I would love some suggestions on a good faucet/tap that wont break my pocket and performs well.
