There it is. I wasn't going to get into an argument over this but this has to be one of the most ridiculous ways to answer a question on this forum. If you ask your self why this is a ridiculous way to answer a question then you my friend need to stop leaning on the keyboard to hear your self...
Thank you for the tips. I am looking at doing pressure transfers.
Since I have you guys here... I know one of the steps I can introduce oxygen is the movement from primary (or secondary) to the bottling bucket. I have access to a nearly limitless supply of 16 and 20-gram co2 cartridges. Would...
Thank you for the link. I know forums arent a great place to learn. Sometimes I need a quick answer to a question. Often times an answer like this the ones I am receiving on this thread aren't right or perfect but it my research on this particular subject moving in the correct direction.

Yes, the "bubbles" are from the splashing of the beer coming out of the bottling bucket.
Thanks for this. I was wondering if anyone else has done this. This was going to be my next idea. I also plan to lower the height of the bottling bucket to lower the speed at witch the beer flows from...

Nearly free. Just had to buy stir bars. Used pretty much all old computer parts. No speed adjustment but with different size stir bars I can adjust the vortex if needed. Oh and a dollar store vase.
UHG, I am going to taste it today when I get home. It's likely it's an infection... I went to my lhbs and they recommended PBW as a sanatizer. Didn't think twice to double check. Turns out its just a cleaner. I went for it any ways using a bleach water solution but I didnt trust it. Star-San...
Has anyone gotten and strange smells during fermentation of this recipe? I have three gallons of this in my chamber and every one I open it I get a very very strong vinger, almost rotten fruit smell. Not apatizing.
Please note, I did mess up the dryhopping. I read it as "1.5 oz on the first...
