Dark Mild Sandy's Mild Breeze (English Mild)

Absolutely! Being from Great Britain and lovin my cask ales, this style deffo tastes better at 55 F ( 11 deg C) with a slight 'prickle' of fizz on the tongue. Cold and fizzy kills it!

Danstar London ESB Dry Ale Yeast - Anyone use it yet?

I just made 5.5 gallon of Graham Wheeler's version of Fullers ESB using this yeast. FG stuck at 1.020. I couldn't get the bugger to drop bright, even after a 3 day crash at 2 deg c. I know it needs to condition in barrel for a week or so, but initial tasting wasn't brilliant. Only time will tell?

Hi. Thanks for your response. Yes same....cheap irulu tablet, but I see no need for anything expensive. No other programs loaded. just brewboss. Used to work fine out in the garage, but I must have had a poor signal on both brew days.

    Brew Boss Systems

My brew boss controller for around 20 brews not. Great bit of kit until internet signal is lost momentarily and the boil cycle is terminated at an unknown point when you are not near it to see if it has stopped. The idea of it, I thought, I was to set and forget. Not the case it seems. Very...

I was concerned about that, but I think the wilsner bag takes care of and stray husks.

Circulate through plate chiller during mash

Hello all. I have a recirculating, electric BIAB set up. I currently connect my 30 plate duda chiller before the boil. To streamline the process, is there any reason I cannot connect it from the get go and mash though it aswell?
