I used a couple of 2x2's which I notched to fit the handle and it worked fine. The only issue that I can see is the wood may absorb moisture and mold as the keezer can get damp on occasion but nothing a coat of paint wouldn't fix

So I've recently switched from 5gal brews to 2.5 gal brew to increase variety. Unfortunately I have learned that you can't stack the 2.5gal kegs while it is tapped without some sort of leak due to pressure on the connections.
I'm using the adventures in homebrewing 2.5 gal kegs which are...
I had replaced the poppet, post and the dip tube with a set I tested initially.
However I think I figured out the problem. I had recently upgraded to a dual regulator system with one regulator at higher pressure to carb soda and the other going to my original 4 regulator beer system (so I...
Yes. This keg was previously on the same line. The picnic line did not work at first but then did at slightly higher pressure. I might give a try a pouring while giving the liquid side a little extra push down and see what happens.
So. I went to change the dip tube in one of the kegs and it is totally clean. Beer pours fine when I use a picnic tap (this time with a different C02 tank) but not from the tap line. The tap line pours fine from another keg (which is carbonated water at higher pressure).
I'm guessing that...
So I I just finished carbing a couple of batches and when I try to sample I get no flow. At first I thought it hadn't finished carbing so I gave it an extra week but then I realized that I should be able to pour a flat beer regardless.
I have
1)checked the lines and taps and they will...
Mine has been rock steady at 36. You might want to put a cup of water in it and then take the water temp (this will be your beer temp) The air temp in mine varies quite a bit. Putting the full corneys in it will also give you a thermal load which will steady your temp. Just make sure to keep...
I just got a Kenmore 8.8cf black freezer and did the adjustment. The screw is behind some tape at the top to the thermostat.
I like my beer cold (36 degrees). I turned the screw 6.5 turns clockwise and its been holding steady with 2 five gallon kegs inside and the thermometer in a 16oz...
