I ordered my 10.5 from Great Fermentations as well (I didn't realize BH sold those, too). I ordered back in February and they were back ordered until mid-April. I did follow up with them and they should be receiving their shipment from Anvil next week to send out orders.

Did you also use a spool off of your 90 elbow? I keep chasing my tail on parts from BH... all of the fittings i need will be in, but the steam slayer will be out of stock and once the steam slayer is available the rest of my parts are out of stock. I might just have to bite the bullet and buy...

Are you calibrating or adjusting your equipment you're using to take your readings? I feel like I check and recalibrate my refractometer multiple times during brew day. Temperature can have an effect too.

Actually, It's both. For now I'd like to run 10-4 (cap off the neutral) to a hotpod and then eventually down the road build a control panel.

Ahh, that's right. Now that i go back and look it does have 3 conducts and a ground. I thought about running a spa panel too as it would save some money. I'll have to look into it.

I would stay away from dish soap... When I started brewing I washed most of my things with dish soap and quickly realized the off flavors that were associated to it. Not all the chemicals will rinse out and it will throw a funk into your beer. Stick to B-Brite or PBW. Prior to my brew day...
