I am semi-computer savvy... what program should I use to make a label? I'm coining my brewery Lone Pine Brewing... Any advice would be sweet...

I have received two different opinions from both of my local homebrew shops... Ones said "Sure, no problem..." the other stated "It will explode, the glass is too thin"

Taste and smell were fine --- even had my wife smell it and she stated "It smells like an Oktoberfest".
How long should I secondary ferment for since I'm not really "lagering"?
