So I brewed this batch a few days ago and split it into two fermenters and pitched some recycled yeast from an earlier batch in both. I took a peek today and it looks like this (see pics). The brew day did get a little wonky but not too crazy. Is that an infection?

So i've been looking into countertop induction ranges. I mainly brew 1-3 gallon batches but I'm not really sure what to look for. I would like something somewhat inexpensive but still reliable enough to maintain a boil and allow me to hit my temps. Any suggestions??
So I think I may have finally gotten my recipe down. It took me a little while to figure out the hop schedule without making it too bitter. I kinda got away from the SMaSH idea. I added Caramel/Crystal 10L to add more color to it, but kept to only using Galaxy Hops.
