    Best way to re-heat smoked meat??

    This may have already been mentioned but this best way I have found to reheat BBQ is a bit of steam. I add a bit of water and the meat to a plate or bowel, cover with some plastic wrap and nuke it for a bit (it doesn't take that much time).

    Sausagefest 2011!

    What type of stuffer are you using? I would like to get into making sausuage in the near future but only have the attachment to the Kitchen Aid, I have heard that does not work very well. Those pictures just may be enough to motivate me!!!!!

    Tried the mead what a buzz!!! I was in a bit of a spell:)

    I have kind of noticed the same thing, mead gives me a totally different buzz than all other alcohols that I have come across. It is almost a bubbly (best word I can think of) buzz, very enjoyable :cross:.

    Caribbean-style Ale recipe

    Citrus and Mangos would probably go together pretty nicely, scotch bonnet peppers:D I would say to stay with the Caribbean theme stick with a somewhat light beer, I really don't like to drink heavy beers in very hot and humid temps.
