A question about full size fridge conversion.

Ah-ha!! You are correct! When I originally looked I lifted up the molding and didn't see anything, however, Upon a second look, I see its behind the moulding, it looks like i have to remove the moulding first, then i can get access to the screws. thanks!! Jon

A question about full size fridge conversion.

So the other day my beautiful perlick kegerator decided she was done.:( Compressor is shot, which is horrible timing because I had eight full kegs ready to go and we are having a massive graduation party for my wife this weekend; having family and friends from all over the US coming down. So I...

    Beer snobs SUCK!!! (rant)

+1 Ther will always be a special place in my fridge for Sam Adams, SA was my gateway drug to all kinds of glorious beers. As far as BMC goes, I have no problem with anybody who drinks them. I still enjoy a miller lite now and then. Budweiser tastes like carbonated horse piss though.

You ever go to O'Sheas in irvine? I picked up a red headed honey ale from them, my wifes favorite beer of all time. She keeps asking me when I'm going back. I noticed your milk stout in in your sig, I'm brewing one now, have you had it before?

I just racked the milk stout into the secondary, I'm really curious about it, the recipie called for 8oz of dried lactose, hopefully it comes out good. :mug:Jon

    Greetings from Hemet, California!

I usually go to more beer in riverside or brew emporium in murrieta. As far as brewing right now, i have an american IPA, a pale ale, a belgian wit, and a milk stout fermenting. They are all extract kits, my next batch should be all grain. I'll have to try and find that club in temecula, I'm...

Letting the beer sit in the keg for a few weeks, before sticking it in the kegerator?

Thanks for all the replies guys, it seems like most of you don't use a secondary, how do you deal with sediment then? It seems the secondary get a decent amount of crud in it too.*

Letting the beer sit in the keg for a few weeks, before sticking it in the kegerator?

Do you age it in the keg or the secondary fermenter? Also, is it better to age in my kegerator(space is no issue), or at room temps? thanks for the help! Jon

Letting the beer sit in the keg for a few weeks, before sticking it in the kegerator?

Do you guys let your beer age in the keg for a bit before putting it in the kegerator? Let me explain, I bought a Firestone DBA kit from more beer, after one week in the primary, then a week and a half in secondary, I tossed it in the keg and stuck it in my kegerator on 13 psi. After 10 days...
