    Aging wine from a kit

    I've just made a batch of red from a belvino wine kit, I'd. Like to leave it age for a while but am unsure if homebrew wine kits are designed to be left to age, for example do they provide enough sulphites for bulk aging or would I need to add more further on

    Wine finings gone wrong

    I accidently put finings B before finings A in my wine, they wernt marked very well in the kit, I left it over night and added more finings B, but am worried it wont clear. Any suggestions on how I can clear it if it doesn't clear on it's own?
