what is out there for kegging 1 or 2 gallon batches.
someone here at my work said i might be able to us a portable garden sprayer. the one that you carry on your back and pump to spray your lawn or whatever. i may be able to rig something.
do you think this would work?

i aged a 1090 dunkel for like 5 weeks and then kegged. first thing i realized that it needed more time to mellow out in the corny. second my psi was set at 10 psi, way to low. this stuff tasted better at around 14 or 15 psi. i had a glass the other day and it was a nice mellow dunkel. drink it...
hmmm what if i left it open top. i have two 1 gallon beverage dispensers. the ones with the screw on tops with a pop open pour. only these ones have a spigot an inch from the bottom.
my thought is if i let the pressure able to release it should work. say keep the cap on snug but not sealed...
say i let it brew and before i reach my final gravity i chill then to serve i pop the blow tube off and open up the spigot to pour a beer. upon finishing the pour i put a small scoop of DME back in the bucket and replace blow off tube and leave to warm to room temp 68 degrees say..

would i be best with a round or square one?
i only ask cause the square will have more surface area vs the round.
does this matter?

i used carb drops from the fermenter bucket bottles only. i have yet to see how it turns out. i am waiting >30 days. never would use carb drops from the keg method. sorry if it was worded wrong. wand method for the record is solid. removed wand from bottle after filling with 3 psi and topped of...
