already been mentionted, but seems like just mixing some seltzer water, flavoriing, fruice juice etc, with some good vodka would do the trick. but this is a homebrew forum. i'm curious how it comes out as well...

this is city water? how long did you let the water run before you took sample?

gelatin should attach to any haze & drop it out...

throw some gelatin in the keg....not sure the exact grams/ratio but seen a nice side by side that made me a believer..... theres gotta be quite a bit of posts here about it... are you usuing warflock, or irish moss?

make sure u emjoy a very high ibu beer before brewing, not saying you wont, but it would suck blowing a chunk of money for nothing. not sure hoq to work beersmith with extract...

depends on what your paying in electric her kwh, and what the price of propane there to do some math at around 2.70 or more per gallon, with electric in the 10 cent area per kwh, electric is gonna be the better choice... depends on what you wanna do with it ... cant answer the questions tho...
