Saw this on special the other day and grabbed it along with the dark ipa they make. I really like both and was very surprised by them both.

The better was only kegged for a little bit and then drank right away. Hops only sat in the keg for a week. Don't think that would dissipate with time...think it would get worse the longer the dry hops were in there. What do I know tho.

I used only cascade...that is why it's weird. It was just wayyy to strong for the beer but I don't know if the hops have freezer burn or what because it tasted funny.

I made this and it turned out pretty good other then the dry hopping. I dry hopped in the keg for a week and it made the beer have an extremely bitter flavor. No idea why. It's like the hops were bad or something.

So I have froze a keg before but I let it thaw out and it was fine. This time I froze a keg of blonde ale and let it thaw and recarb but it now just tastes really watered down. I shook the keg and everything before I put it back in the fridge. Is it salvageable at all or do I have to dump...

That is what I was thinking...guess it's worth a shot.

So when I put my co2 in the fridge and set it at 10 psi outside my kegerator then it goes up to around 14 psi in the fridge after 24 hours. I understand the cold changes how the co2 works so do I need to adjust my psi after it has been in the fridge for a bit or is the regulator just reading it...

Without it we will just have a slightly less alcoholic beer and the taste will be pretty similar?

So with the amylase you should be able to get the FG to around 1.000?
