Watched your vid, the boil looks fine to me at around 11:12 and on. Not rip roaring, but it seems to have a clear roll. Your blog says your volume pre-boil was 7.75 gallons, right?

They are 330mL bottles (11.2oz) and will fit in a standard carrier, so there's no reason they should be disqualified.

The other option would be to send 2 of the bottles I have left that are in Duvel style bottles, which are far sturdier and would be highly unlikely to burst. But, while formally speaking you can't get marked down for sending in a non-standard bottle, I worry about perception, which could...
