That's my worry. I know I can get one, but what's that fun in that?!?! I figured I'd have to take the molding off the door, but I was really just hoping it would work.
I've seen the Danby kegerator model and it looks very similar inside and it can hold 2. So I guess it was just wishful thinking?
I've looked all over and cannot find any info on this. I know it's 36x24x24. I'm pretty sure it a Danby and looks like it should hold a keg.
That being said, can I convert it? Do you think it will hold 2 cornys and a CO2?
Found it online and seems like a great deal form the guy, but...
WOW!
This turned out amazing! All of my friends are begging me for bottles. I put a little too much priming sugar in it, but once it sets for a little while it's spot on. The peanut butter flavor is great and not overwhelming. My wife (a PB fanatic) actually wants me to add a little more...
Got this in the primary and am about to rack on to the PB2 in the secondary. Going to soak the cocoa nibs in some vodka with a vanilla bean for the last 5 days. I'll be sure to let everyone know how it turns out.
Moved it from my cellar into the furnace room. Working really well! It's holding at around 63 and the yeast is looking pretty active. It doesn't get too hot in the room, maybe 68 degrees, so I think we're good to go!
Thanks everyone for their help!
Steeped:
2.5 lb Turbo Munich
.45 lb Corn Flaked
.30 lb Chocolate Malt
My brew store adjusted the levels. And I used 3lbs of light malt extract.
So if I move this when I get home tonight to a room that has a temp of 68 degrees, should I be fine or do I need to do something else?
Converted an all grain to an extract recipe. Flavors tasted a little off and it didn't look dark enough once in the carboy. Any way pitched the yeast about 12 hours ago and have seen no activity. Pitched 1968 London ESB Ale and my temp is reading 57-58. Any thought or help? Should I move it...
