No fruit will ferment. I just don't understand why people are putting peel and all in. Peel really doesn't have flavor. And I sure wouldn't try using the green ones from the grocery store. Nothing like a true tree ripened 🥭
I am actually making my own with aluminum base with leg pockets mounted on top casters on bottom. I want something I can lift the empty fermenter out of and set it in the bathtub. Will post pics when completed
I just tried my Pumpkin Samhain recipe that I got from this site. It is good. Very mild. I would like just a bit more something??? Spice??? But where do I draw that line? LOL.
