I feel your pain. I made about 40 gallons before I got to taste a brew with potable water hose water. It all tastes like crap!!! Anyone need 125 feet of potable hose.
If you check out BYO they have a recipe for a great Tripel. I have made it twice now with the second in the Ferm right now.
