When you say you sample it, do you already have it hooked up to your taps or do you try it before you connect it? I ask because I only have 2 taps and I am trying not to tie one up for 10 days or so. I hope that makes sense.

I always try the final product. You never know, certainly don't toss it.

All, I am finally getting back into brewing and kegging after a long absence. Once I transfer the beer to the keg how long do you wait before drinking it? I am speaking mostly of IIPAs and such. I can force carb them use priming sugar. I was just wondering how long they should sit before I tap...

I have one that just hangs out in the back of my fridge just like it. Make sure tu ou get the right size for the tubing you have!

I do it all the time with a Sanke keg and co2. Just let the beer settle when you get it to the new location for a bit of you can.

I just got back into brewing after 8 years on the sideline. I have a few kegs that need a good brushing. Anyone have a good solid brush to get the tough stuff out?

Then that is what I shall do!!! Now I just need a good false bottom for my cooler
