If your kegerator is going to be built in to bar underneath the countertop, you're really going to need something that has a forward vent for the condenser. Either that, or you need to ensure you have 3" minimum around all sides of a standard kegerator without a front lower vent. If you don't...

I recently built a kegerator and bought these faucets for it because they are forward-sealing, all stainless like the Perlicks, but have many more accessories that can be screwed on to the spout. (Ball lock adapter, growler filler, stout spout, etc.) They are excellent faucets. I have...
I know for a fact that a 22" tall pin lock keg will fit within 24" of height with low profile connectors and lines attached. If the inside of your fridge is 24" tall and has a floor that can accommodate a 9" diameter, you can fit the keg. As for the CO2 bottle, it depends on the size of your...
Update:
Became concerned about the amount of water sitting on the floor of the fridge. I had been using a towel to absorb the water, but after a couple days, the towel would be soaked. Not okay.
To fix this, I got a small roll of aluminum flashing from Ace Hardware and made my own drip tray...
Nice work! This is a great example of taking a simple mini fridge conversion just a little bit further with unique elements like the brushed stainless top, iron railing, and tap tower.
Have you thought about cooling the tower, or will the flow control faucets mitigate the foaming issues enough?
Okay, so I finally got around to taking photos of my updates.
First, I wanted to add fans on the compressor side to circulate air. I got a pair of quiet USB fans with a speed controller and I placed 1 fan at the rear and one fan at the front. Normally I keep the cabinet door cracked a couple...
Thanks jojaques! Your suggestions are great, but I've already gone ahead and gotten essentially those same fans! I ordered the AC Infinity Multifan S7 (dual 120mm fans) for the right side of the cabinet to create some airflow over the condenser. Inside the unit I added another quiet (<20dB) fan...
SOLD! Thanks!
Hi everyone, I ended up with an extra one of these and would like to sell it to a good home. Nothing wrong with it--no scratches, dings, or otherwise. Very solidly handmade. Purchased from Mashed In Beer Gear, normally for sale from them for $39.99 CAD ~ $29.82 USD
$20 shipped...
Thanks for the compliments, guys. And Bob, thanks for the advice. I am going to be monitoring it these next few days for those problems and see if potential solutions need to be engineered. For now though, it's working well! Still want to create some sort of drip tray underneath the evaporator...
Update: I took Doug's advice and gave the compressor and condenser a little more room to vent their heat by relocating the CO2 tank to the left side of the cabinet and removing the plywood panel covering the compressor. Before this, the fridge would struggle and have to work hard to get below 40...
Thanks for your thoughts. I also was concerned about cooling air flow and I may end up moving the CO2 tank to the other side as a result, but for now, as the fridge is actively cooling down the keg inside, I've had the cabinet door open with a fan blowing air inside. When all of the contents...
For some time now, I've been wanting to keg my brews, as there is not enough fridge space in my wife's and my apartment for a 5 gal batch of bottles, besides the obvious chore of bottling and waiting 2-3 more weeks to drink the product. Plus, I greatly disliked sharing bottles with friends and...
