It's been a long time and a ton of brews. Finally got a new rig and pots. Totally awesome! Donated my old rig to a fellow brew in my local club.

I would suggest starting out by getting a cheap pyschometer and dialing in the gas pressure before you do anything else.

I would start b making sure the pilot has the correct pressure coming out. Too much or too little will make it go out.

You connect the PID output to the thermostat connections to control the on off cycle.

When the burners are on the lights are on. Any light that comes on means power is being delivered to it. P-J's schematic was invaluable in this project. I couldn't be happier in the results. Now I need to upgrade my kettles. Soo tire of boil overs!
