He is right on ---- a clean bottle is easy to soak and sanitize --- if someone returns a bottle to me with dried gunk in the bottom - in the trash it goes...
I bottle about a third of what I brew --- I like to give people a beer or two to take home to enjoy later

I have brewed something every year and went all grain around my 3rd year brewing - went all electric 3 batches ago.
I will never use propane again.....
I try and have 10 gallons drinkable at any time --- right now just a little low - bottled Project X Tuesday night and kegged 5 gallons of it. I stepped up to 10 gallon batches over a year ago and would never go back to just 5. I was using 2 glass or better bottles - then the 60L Speidel arrived...
I would go by the feedback for these tanks if I were you. When someone tells you a product is worth the money, you just might believe them. When everyone tells you a product is worth the money and it's built properly, you gotta believe them.
