very good... didnt take a reading but the taste and smell are right on... was not what i thought it would be...
ill modifiy some equipment make my self a nice ton with all nice hose's and stuff do it this way from now on.
all grain just takes longer
this kindda sounds like steeping but longer
the water that is left behind from the mash is being used as the malt and then added to the largest pot to boil in?
i think im over reading..... the mash and the sparge and the strike water are all just new words to me...

i have 3 pots... two of my wifes largest pots and my massive turkey frier pot..

i have a hot water on demand gas water heater... i turn the knob up for a few min while i fill my kettle.. just makes the comeing up to temp a little faster, Im useing a propain turkey frier tho
ya i got it... i stoped thur the L-B-S picked up two packets of s23.... it sux... i almost had my 2nd brew perfect. The wart looks and smells so much better then the first batch... and i tossed the yeast down the drain.... man oh man
but I learned and it only took 2 times.... is there...
