3 ft. on a beer line is pretty short. You are gonna get a lot of foam with that short of a line.

When you guys do the late extact additions do you cut back on the hops at all?

When I did the Caribou Slobber I left it in the primary for 5 weeks then put it in the keg and carbed it for a little over a week and it turned out awesome. So far it has been my favorite kit I have brewed.

Try the caribou slobber from northern brewer if your looking for a moose drool clone. I brewed it a couple of months ago and boy is it good!!!

I should also say there is no time table for fermentation. There is so many variables that effect the time for your beer to ferment that no 2 beers are the same.

Possible yes ideal no. Even though active fermentation is over I like to let my beers to sit at least 3 weeks so the yeast can clean up after its self
