I'm about to bottle 36, 22oz bottles, I was wondering if I could make a batch of starsan water and fill the bottles a quarter of the way, shake them then pour it out and immediately fill with the brew?
Here's the plan:
Can of Cooper's Dark Ale
3lbs of DME
Windsor Brewers yeast
Ferment for three weeks, bottle condition for two.
How does that sound?

So I have a can of Cooper's Dark Ale just hanging around my house and I figured why not brew it up for my next batch, here's an idea of what I'm planning and feel free to correct me or add any suggestions.

A little update: It's day six since I started the batch, and activity started back up in the airlock. I find that to be weird, since for the past three days, there has been no activity. Is it normal for a brew to begin fermenting, stop for a few days then start back up?
