I forget the name but theres a wood fired pizza brew pub right downtown that's delicious. Can't do a tour but find yourself some lawsons finest liquids beer. Absolutely amazing stuff. Plus one on the magic hat tour, it's right there and sampling is not strictly regulated (read free beer).

Do you find that you had to use more, less or about the same amount of hops to achieve good aroma with a press?
