What if you just used some extract syrup instead of berries and use them at bottle. Then they dont get fermented out and the flavor will be more prominent.

I gave mine a wrap with reflectix. And I had enough leftover to do a second wrap since its pretty thin. It's far cheaper than the jacket and works just as well.
