We brew on a regular basis and cleaning carboys is a chore for us. With this cleaner we could speed up the process and feel comfortable with having spotless fermenters!!!

Well I am going to start the adventure of building a RIMS system. I was wondering if anyone knows of a really clear RIMS control panel diagram...I have ran across a few but I dont know what to think. also one quick question, where do you hook the thermocouple from the RIMS?

would it be possible to get an Irish Stout extract kit and then add the vanilla and other flavors at the right time??

I saw the long thread about the car bomb stout with all grain...is there a way to make an extract recipe??
