Here is my first all grain beer, turned out super awesome and I am really impressed with the outcome, keg is about gone....

First picture (slightly darker) is the clone compared to the real Blue Moon.

I ended up wanting to follow a recipe, but as it turns out when I ordered the grains they showed up all mixed in one bag. I was suppose to use less grain, but I ordered in 1 lb increments....so thats what I used..which is why it turned out darker.

***Tasting notes*** - almost exactly like the real deal. only real difference is mine is a bit "fruitier"...I don't mind it, but if you take a drink of each back to back it is noticeable. Maybe use a little less orange peel if you are worried, but i will brew the same recipe next time.
