It turned out well. I learned some things though. I'm going to do it all-grain in the future (no more extract tang). Vienna has to be mashed. Also I'm going to dry hop because there was not much aroma. My beer buddies enjoyed it and gave me good feed back as well. Thanks for asking.

The temp changes could possibly be 10-20 degrees. He had the heat on in that bathroom at times/its been about 50 degrees and colder at night, with ppl coming in and out that door.

Yeah, I understand that, but I need more specific info. The BIAB that is listed in equipment is for 2 gallons not 5. I've messed around with it but it doesn't seem right.
Hi,
I used BrewTarget yesterday for an IPA on extract half boil. It worked great! I nailed the OG and it is fermenting nicely today.
I am going to do a Brew in a bag at 5 gallons for my next brew. How do I set a new equipment template for that?
