I've done an Apricot Wheat that is absolutly delicious! My fav homebrew by far. I'm usually a hop man myself. I used 6lb Muntons dry wheat, and I recommend 3 lbs of Oregon Apricot Puree that you add in the secondary. Used Wyeast American Wheat 1010.

I've cracked a few since I first posted that comment. Looking to put design or solid label on them with the recipe Etc. Probably will put 1 bottle from each batch up in the home office on display.

So I've saved a 6pk each of the first 7 batches or so of homebrew. I'm debating just drinking them, some of them are delish! (My American Apricot Wheat was the best).
I'm starting to run out of space. I could use more empties for upcoming beers sitting in both my primary and secondary Etc...
I'm thinking of making the trip. Not sure if I'm going to stay the night, may talk the wife into driving us back to the valley late night. It woul dbe my first time to this fest up in Flag. Is it worth the trip?
FYI- Thought I'd share. I picked up 2 perfect size swamp cooler buckets for my fermenting buckets. They are real sturdy, and have some solid thick rope handles. They were on sale at Wal-Mart for $5 each, can't beat that price!
