Good advice. You could just calculate the volume of the space you want to use, and then use the components from a similar sized fridge or freezer.

I don't think you're in Canada, but you could search for the equivalent of something like this. It might go well with the brass. I think you can get brass tap towers too. The drip trays are available with or without a drain...
