Most definitely will be more! Here's a better pic of the Centennial Blonde. I took it Saturday at Salt Fork State Park in Ohio. The wife and I had a picnic there and drank a couple of these. Wonderful.

My 1st All Grain. Just got off work after 40 hours of Midnight shift and opened a bottle. It's only been conditioning for a week (couldn't wait any longer....it was killing me !!!!). Wow....this is really good. Followed the recipe exactly and I'm pleased with the results. Actually brewed...

Drank Bitburger beer almost on a daily basis when I was stationed at Spangdahlem Air Base in the early 80's. This will be on my to do list.

Hoping for some clarification. I see according to the recipe, that after stiring for 7 days, the wine should be "poured" into a secondary fermentation vessal. Is that correct or should it be carefully racked into that secondary . Sorry but I'm a bit confused as to why. Thanks folks.
