    Not enough priming sugar

    I was bottled a 5 gal Belgian Blonde today and I am pretty sure I didn't added enough priming sugar. It was my first 5 gal batch and I used just a little more sugar than I had been doing for my 2 gal batches. I used 2oz and pretty sure I needed 4-5 oz. Any suggestions on what to do to fix this...

    Transporting beer

    I have brought beer and wine back from south Africa and Europe plus a few places in the US. I just put each bottle in its own plastic bag and wrap each bag with a shirt or two. I have never had any problems. There is an ounce total limit if coming from another country but not sure about state...
