A Newb Hope IIPA - critique please

I had an IIPA from deschutes that was pils and oats. I really liked it, but thought the pils taste should be toned down. And read that oats is good for mouthfeel and head retention

American Strong Ale Arrogant Bastard clone

Not nearly as bitter as the real deal. But way hopper. It should have came out at 90ish Ibu so not sure what happened there. It's good though! Great head.

American Strong Ale Arrogant Bastard clone

Dropped down to 1.016, which I can live with. Dry hop for 7 days then bottle. Tastes very interesting with Conan. It is way fruitier than the real arrogant bastard. It's also not nearly as bitter as I expected for 77 ish ibus

    What are you drinking now?

Peak organic IPA. Tastes old and grassy, but it was free... And it's at work. So hey!

American Strong Ale Arrogant Bastard clone

The bulk of fermentation is over and it's sitting at 1.018. Turned the temp up to 68 and am hoping to drop a couple more points. Hydrometer sample is super tasty pre dry hopping. Good bitterness
