First batch(black ipa) didn't collect much data but seem to hit most of the numbers(mash temps & OG) 2nd batch(kolsch) collected more data.     It just doesn't matter

    This is one of my biggest reason I brew. Perfection is based on your rules. Change a recipe, try a different yeast, ferment at different temps. If it tastes good, drink it.

    A beer you can chew

    I brewed a black ipa a while back and kegged it. A tap into it the other day and what do I see, hops floating around. Not sure where things went wrong. Will this settle out over time? It's been kegged for 4 weeks, I'd think that would be more then enough.

    Cherry Stout Recipe -- Thoughts?

    Used bottled O2 in both buckets. Just popped lid it has a krausen so I guess all is ok just not a active as other bucket.
