Hi.

I am having a few problems with my Coopers Mexican Cerveza.

I have previously made John Bull Best Bitter and Youngs Brew Buddy Bitter with 100g of Citra hops in each. Both came out great.

When I tried the same with Coopers
Mexican Cerveza, it had very little head and went flat very quickly. Could this be something to do with the yeast?

Another question (but may tie in with the previous question):
I am happy with the three kits I have mentioned,
but would really like to make them all drier. Would a different yeast achieve this (if so, any ideas which?)

Thanks in advance.

Hi. I followed the instructions on the 3 brews. Only difference was the timings: 2 weeks in primary, then another 2 weeks in bottles before drinking. Other 2 brews came out fine. I have done a few kits so from some experience I know they were ready to bottle when I did them. Thanks.
