Cracked one open today, I'm thinking its going to take a bit of aging before this beer really hits its stride. It's pretty tasty but has a bit of a tequilla taste to it this young. I'm guessing the heavy hop additions plus the honey

I brewed the porter and I'm thinking the same thing. It's been in primary for two weeks and I can't decide whether to keg or age in secondary for a while longer.
