Help out with this one. I'm just 48 hours into my 5 gallon batch of EdWort's Apfelwein and came home from work to notice this. The recipe is exact except I used Champagne yeast. This is only my second brew but according to some pics I found it looks something like the post from Evan!. I know I'm probably overreacting cause I'm a noob but I'll def check on it in the morning and see what it looks like and keep ya'll updated.
