I have some rasberry-apple juice and I'm thinking about using it for making hard cider. Anyone done this? Will it taste good? I've made apple cider in the past with good results.
Don't know about rasberry, as my only plant is still young, but blackberry-apple cider is good stuff. You can go anywhere from 10% berry to 50% and get good results.
