9*2.4L bottles of Apple and Pear Juice
1*2.4L Bottle of Apple Juice

(Total 24L - Approx 6 Gallons)

1kg Raw Sugar

500g of Rolled Oats
4 Sticks of Cinnamon
1 Vanilla Bean

1 Pack no-brand dry cider yeast.

Boiled Oats in 2.4 L of Juice, hadn't thought through any straining
Too thick and starting to burn, added another 2.4L
Put cinnamon Sticks in empty fermenter
Strained ''Oat Juice' into fermenter using an old curtain I found in my cupboard (after trying to make a strainer by cutting holes in half a juice bottle)

Added Raw sugar to hot juice and swirled
Continued adding juice (splashy splash) until full - all sugar was dissolved too

OG 1060 (similar recipe without oats is 1050 - OzWench Cider)
FG 1010

Scraped and diced vanilla bean and added after I hit FG. Bottle after 3 days.
