Will nitrogen be sufficient when running pipes up one floor(8ft floor to ceiling), and horizontal to the tower faucet, about 25ft in total? I want to pump my beer up to the first floor of my home from my basement as this is where my keg will be stored.

Are you talking about plain nitrogen, or a nitrogen/carbon dioxide blend? You'll probably want a blend to keep the beer carbed while you're serving it. After that, to figure out whether that will be enough to move the beer, we'll need a little more info. There are several factors to take into account, including the size of beer lines, pressure used (which will depend on the gas used) and carbonation level of the beer desired. With that horizontal raise you'll probably want to go with nitrogen, but its possible you'd be able to use straight CO2 with a large enough hose.

If you get 1/4 barriers tube, 12 psi c02 works perfectly. That is what I use. You will need glycol cooling lines. That length of tubing holds around 12 oz. I use a mini fridge and a pond pump for the glycol.

Oh, Rochester fixtures is where I got my trunk, great company. They will make it custom for you.
