introduce new yeast?

So I have a 'not so pale ale' sitting in the secondary. It has been 39 days since we pitched the yeast. My question is should I throw in more yeast before bottling? Or is the yeast still kicking? I racked it to a secondary three weeks ago too.
 
No need to add more yeast. There is still plenty in suspension to carbonate the beer.
