Hops Utilization?

Now that I'm flirting with the idea of partial mash brewing, and moving my extract additions to the end of the boil, I'm wondering what the story is with hops utilization.
 
With late additions you'll get better utilization of the hops because alpha acids are isomerised easier in a lower gravity solution.

Never messed with partial mash as I figured I'd eventually go All Grain anyway. Don't know what the exact formula for utilization is, sorry.
